Al instalar o usar LepusMint (la "app"), desarrollada por Alejo José De Miguel, aceptás estas condiciones. Si no estás de acuerdo, no uses la app.
1. Qué es la app
Una herramienta gratuita para llevar registro de tus finanzas personales. Funciona en tu teléfono y guarda tus datos localmente (ver la política de privacidad).
2. No es asesoramiento financiero
Los cálculos, resúmenes, gráficos y reportes son orientativos y dependen de los datos que vos cargás. La app no brinda asesoramiento financiero, contable, impositivo ni legal.
3. Tus datos y tus respaldos
Sos responsable de los datos que cargás y de mantener tus respaldos. Como los datos se guardan en tu teléfono, si lo perdés o desinstalás la app sin tener un respaldo, esos datos no se pueden recuperar. Los respaldos en Google Drive o Telegram son opcionales y dependen del funcionamiento de esos servicios.
4. Servicios de terceros
Si usás Google Drive o Telegram desde la app, además de estas condiciones rigen las condiciones y políticas de esos servicios.
5. Sin garantías
La app se ofrece "tal cual", sin garantías de ningún tipo. Se hace lo posible para que funcione bien, pero puede tener errores o dejar de funcionar.
6. Limitación de responsabilidad
En la medida en que lo permita la ley, el desarrollador no es responsable por pérdidas de datos, pérdidas económicas ni otros daños que surjan del uso o de la imposibilidad de usar la app.
7. Cambios
Estas condiciones pueden actualizarse. La versión vigente es siempre la publicada en esta página, con su fecha de actualización.
8. Ley aplicable
Estas condiciones se rigen por las leyes de la República Argentina.

By installing or using LepusMint (the "app"), developed by Alejo José De Miguel, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. What the app is
A free tool to keep track of your personal finances. It runs on your phone and stores your data locally (see the privacy policy).
2. Not financial advice
Calculations, summaries, charts and reports are for guidance only and depend on the data you enter. The app does not provide financial, accounting, tax or legal advice.
3. Your data and your backups
You are responsible for the data you enter and for keeping your backups. Since data is stored on your phone, if you lose it or uninstall the app without a backup, that data cannot be recovered. Google Drive and Telegram backups are optional and depend on those services working.
4. Third-party services
If you use Google Drive or Telegram from the app, their own terms and policies apply in addition to these terms.
5. No warranty
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Every effort is made for it to work well, but it may contain errors or stop working.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for data loss, financial loss or other damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated. The current version is always the one published on this page, with its update date.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic.
