Esta política explica qué datos maneja LepusMint (la "app"), una aplicación de finanzas personales para Android desarrollada por Alejo José De Miguel (el "desarrollador"). En resumen: tus datos son tuyos y quedan en tu teléfono. El desarrollador no recibe, no almacena y no tiene acceso a ninguno de tus datos.

1. Datos que la app guarda en tu dispositivo

Todo lo que cargás en la app (cuentas, saldos, movimientos, categorías, deudas y personas, gastos compartidos, listas de compras, metas de ahorro, preferencias y fotos de comprobantes) se guarda únicamente en una base de datos local dentro de tu teléfono. La app no tiene un servidor propio, no pide crear una cuenta y no envía estos datos al desarrollador ni a terceros.

2. Datos que la app no recopila

• No usa servicios de analítica, publicidad ni rastreo.
• No recopila tu ubicación, tus contactos ni identificadores de publicidad.
• No vende, alquila ni comparte datos con nadie.

3. Google Drive (opcional)

Si activás los respaldos en Google Drive desde Ajustes, la app te pide iniciar sesión con tu cuenta de Google y solicita un único permiso: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file. Ese permiso solo da acceso a los archivos que crea la propia app. Con él, la app:

• crea en tu Drive una carpeta llamada "Gestión Finanzas - Respaldos";
• sube a esa carpeta tus archivos de respaldo;
• lista y descarga esos mismos respaldos cuando querés restaurar tus datos;
• borra respaldos viejos de esa carpeta, según la cantidad máxima que configures.

La app no puede ver, leer ni modificar ningún otro archivo de tu Google Drive. Los tokens de acceso que entrega Google se guardan solo en tu teléfono, y la información viaja directamente entre tu dispositivo y los servidores de Google, sin pasar por ningún servidor del desarrollador. Los datos obtenidos de Google se usan exclusivamente para hacer y restaurar tus respaldos: no se usan para publicidad, no se transfieren a terceros y no se usan para entrenar modelos de inteligencia artificial.

El uso y la transferencia a cualquier otra aplicación de la información recibida de las APIs de Google por parte de LepusMint se ajustan a la Política de Datos del Usuario de los Servicios de API de Google, incluidos los requisitos de Uso Limitado.

Podés desvincular Google Drive en cualquier momento desde Ajustes, o revocar el acceso desde myaccount.google.com/permissions.

4. Telegram (opcional)

Si configurás respaldos por Telegram, ingresás el token de tu propio bot y el ID de tu chat. Esos datos se guardan solo en tu teléfono, y la app envía el archivo de respaldo directamente a la API de Telegram para que llegue a tu chat. Ese envío queda sujeto a la política de privacidad de Telegram.

5. Permisos del dispositivo

• Cámara: solo para sacar fotos de comprobantes, cuando vos lo pedís. Las fotos se guardan en el almacenamiento privado de la app.
• Internet: solo para los respaldos en Google Drive y Telegram, si los activás.
• Notificaciones: recordatorios que genera la propia app en tu teléfono.
• Bloqueo con huella o PIN: lo resuelve Android; la app nunca recibe ni guarda tus datos biométricos.

6. Cómo borrar tus datos

Desinstalar la app borra todos los datos guardados en el teléfono. Los respaldos que hayas subido a Google Drive o enviado a Telegram quedan en esas cuentas, y podés borrarlos desde ahí cuando quieras.

7. Menores de edad

La app no está dirigida a menores de 13 años ni recopila datos de ellos.

8. Cambios en esta política

Si esta política cambia, se publicará la nueva versión en esta misma página con su fecha de actualización.

This policy explains what data LepusMint (the "app"), a personal finance app for Android developed by Alejo José De Miguel (the "developer"), handles. In short: your data is yours and stays on your phone. The developer does not receive, store or have access to any of your data.

1. Data the app stores on your device

Everything you enter in the app (accounts, balances, transactions, categories, debts and people, shared expenses, shopping lists, savings goals, preferences and receipt photos) is stored only in a local database on your phone. The app has no server of its own, does not require an account, and does not send this data to the developer or to third parties.

2. Data the app does not collect

• No analytics, advertising or tracking services.
• No location, contacts or advertising identifiers.
• No selling, renting or sharing of data with anyone.

3. Google Drive (optional)

If you turn on Google Drive backups in Settings, the app asks you to sign in with your Google account and requests a single permission: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file. That permission only grants access to files created by the app itself. With it, the app:

• creates a folder named "Gestión Finanzas - Respaldos" in your Drive;
• uploads your backup files to that folder;
• lists and downloads those same backups when you want to restore your data;
• deletes old backups from that folder, according to the maximum number you configure.

The app cannot see, read or modify any other file in your Google Drive. The access tokens issued by Google are stored only on your phone, and data travels directly between your device and Google's servers, never through any server of the developer. Data obtained from Google is used exclusively to create and restore your backups: it is not used for advertising, not transferred to third parties, and not used to train artificial intelligence models.

LepusMint's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can disconnect Google Drive at any time from Settings, or revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

4. Telegram (optional)

If you set up Telegram backups, you enter your own bot token and chat ID. They are stored only on your phone, and the app sends the backup file directly to the Telegram API so it reaches your chat. That transfer is subject to Telegram's privacy policy.

5. Device permissions

• Camera: only to take receipt photos, when you ask for it. Photos are stored in the app's private storage.
• Internet: only for Google Drive and Telegram backups, if you turn them on.
• Notifications: reminders generated by the app itself on your phone.
• Fingerprint or PIN lock: handled by Android; the app never receives or stores your biometric data.

6. How to delete your data

Uninstalling the app deletes all data stored on the phone. Backups you uploaded to Google Drive or sent to Telegram remain in those accounts, and you can delete them there whenever you want.

7. Children

The app is not directed to children under 13 and does not collect data from them.

8. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with its update date.
